Why it matters

Certificates open the door to orders.

Buyers and tenders ask for them

Large buyers, retailers, carmakers and government projects often make certification a condition for suppliers.

Products must comply to be sold

Many products need testing, certification and registration first — such as Australia’s electrical safety and energy rules, or CE marking in the EU.

A better-run company

Once the system runs, processes, responsibilities and records are clearer, and problems surface earlier.

Management systems

ISO and IATF certification, prepared properly.

We build a system that fits how you work, then support you through the certification audits.

Most requestedISO 9001

Quality management

The most widely requested certification, for any industry. Our Level 2 ERP follows the ISO 9001 structure, so daily work produces the records your audits need.

EnvironmentISO 14001

Environmental management

Identify environmental impacts, meet compliance obligations and keep reducing emissions and waste.

SafetyISO 45001

Occupational health & safety

Identify hazards, control risks and reduce injuries; common in manufacturing and project work.

AutomotiveIATF 16949

Automotive quality

For automotive parts suppliers, with the core tools APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC; audited only by IATF-recognised bodies.

CyberISO/IEC 27001

Information security

Protect customer and company data; increasingly written into customer contracts.

EnergyISO 50001

Energy management

Manage energy use systematically to cut consumption and cost.

AIISO/IEC 42001

AI management

Govern how the company builds and uses AI; pairs with AI Transformation.

Also ISO 22301 business continuity, ISO 37001 anti-bribery, AS9100 aerospace and more. Several standards can be combined into one integrated management system with joint audits.

How it runs

From gap assessment to certificate, and beyond.

  1. Gap assessment

Compare how you work today with the standard and your market’s rules, and agree the scope.

  2. Build the system

Policies, procedures, work instructions and records, drafted with AI and fitted to how you actually work.

  3. Run & audit

Train staff, run the system, test products, then hold internal audits and a management review.

  4. Certify

Choose an accredited body or lab, support the audits and tests, close findings and receive the certificate.

  5. Maintain

Surveillance audits, recertification, standard updates and product changes.

The hard part of certification is keeping it running. We put documents, records and reminders into AI tools, so your team spends its time on real quality and safety work.

  • AI drafts procedures and work instructions from how you work
  • A management-system knowledge base staff can ask
  • Reminders for records, calibration, training and certificate expiry
  • Internal audit checklists and corrective-action tracking

Questions

Before we start.

How long does ISO 9001 certification take?

It depends on company size, current practices and records. The system usually needs to run for a while, with an internal audit and a management review, before the certification audit. After the gap assessment we give you a concrete plan.

Who issues the certificate?

An accredited third-party certification body — for example one accredited by JAS-ANZ or CNAS. IATF 16949 can only be issued by an IATF-recognised body. We prepare you, support the audits and help close findings.

Can we do several standards at once?

Yes. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are often combined into one integrated management system, with joint audits covering all three.

What if a product fails a test?

We work out why with your engineers, support the design or process fix, and arrange a retest. Retest fees are charged by the lab at cost.

What happens after certification?

Management system certificates are usually valid for three years, with surveillance audits in between and a recertification audit before expiry. We keep the system, records and product certificates up to date.

Which certificate do you need?

Tell us the certificate or market requirement, your products and your sites. We will map the route and the plan.
